At BNBphotos.com.au, we value our clients and strive to deliver high-quality photography services. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

Once a booking has been confirmed and payment received, refunds for “change of mind” are generally not available.
However, we may offer to reschedule your shoot at no additional cost if you contact us more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your booking without penalty.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking fee may apply.

  • Weather or unforeseen events: We will work with you to reschedule the shoot at no extra charge.

  • If we are unable to provide the service on the agreed date due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled appointment.

Quality of Service

If you are dissatisfied with the photos provided due to a clear error on our part (e.g., incorrect property, major editing mistake, or technical fault), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review your request and, if appropriate, offer:

  • A re-edit or re-shoot at no additional cost, or

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Important note for Airbnb and property photography:

  • Our shoots focus on showing the property in its best light, not creating catalog-accurate images of furniture or products.

  • Editing may adjust colours, textures, and lighting to enhance the property’s appearance.

  • The appearance of furniture or details may vary slightly across different angles and photos.

  • Our photography style is promotional, designed to attract guests and showcase the space — it is not intended to replicate exact real-life colours or materials.

  • Please note that subjective preferences regarding style, colour, or staging do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Delivery Issues

If photos are not delivered within the expected timeframe (2–5 business days, depending on property size), we will communicate any delays promptly.
If we are unable to deliver the final photos within a reasonable period, you may request a full refund.

Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction (via Stripe).
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
