Welcome to Bnbphotos.com.au. By accessing or using our website and photography services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
BNBphotos.com.au provides professional photography services for short-term rental properties (including Airbnb, Stayz, Booking.com, and similar listings) within approximately 30 km of the city centres of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide.
Bookings

Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.

Once a booking is confirmed, we will provide details including the date, time, and photographer assigned.

You are responsible for ensuring the property is ready for photography at the agreed time (cleaned, staged, and accessible).

If access relies on a lockbox or key collection, you must provide clear instructions in advance.
Access to Properties
Our photographers may access properties using lockboxes, key collections, or in-person arrangements. Access details are kept strictly confidential and are only shared between you and the assigned photographer. We are not liable for delays or rescheduling if access information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment platforms.

Full payment is required at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled photo shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 24 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee applies.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: A cancellation fee of up to 50 % of the booking value may apply.

Rescheduling due to weather, illness, or other unavoidable circumstances will be accommodated where possible without extra charge.
Delivery of Photos

Edited photos are typically delivered within 2–5 business days of the shoot, depending on the size and complexity of the property.

Files are delivered digitally via download link or email.

Photos are stored securely for three (3) months after delivery, during which time they can be re-sent upon request.

After three months, photos may be permanently deleted from our storage systems.
Copyright & Usage Rights

Photographers retain copyright ownership of all photos taken.

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the photos for:

Property listings (Airbnb, Stayz, Booking.com, etc.)

Marketing materials and social media promotion of that property or business.

Clients may not resell, transfer, or sublicense the photos to third parties without written permission.

Photographers may use the photos they create for their personal portfolios, social media, or marketing materials, but they may not sell or license them to any other client.
Photo Editing & Retouching
Basic and advanced editing (lighting, colour correction, cropping and HDR retouching) is included in the service price.
Additional retouching or special requests may incur extra charges, which will be quoted prior to work commencing.
Liability
We take great care to provide high-quality service but are not responsible for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from use of our photos or services;

Delays caused by access issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen events;

The condition or presentation of the property at the time of photography.
You are responsible for ensuring that any persons or objects photographed have the necessary permissions or clearances.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This includes how we collect, store, and disclose client and property information.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
By using our website and services, you agree that any disputes or legal matters arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
